One Wellbeing’s Athlete Education provides a pathway for athletes on completion of their professional careers. By providing education, guidance and networking opportunities, One Wellbeing assist athletes through the transition from professional sport to full time employment.

Certificate III & IV
in Fitness

Specifically designed for elite athletes, utilising their prior knowledge of fitness regimes and delivered in accordance with their training and playing schedule. We understand the demands on players and athletes, which is why our course is delivered on site and has the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.

Certificate IV
in Massage

Is suited to athletes looking to pursue a career in massage, or simply add to their skills and qualifications as a Personal Trainer. Using our kinaesthetic approach to learning, athletes will develop their skills by performing massages every week for the duration of the course.

Diploma in Fitness

Has been written and developed specifically for elite athletes, providing advanced skills and knowledge to create a platform between personal trainers and allied health professionals. Successful completion of the Diploma will allow entry into 2nd year of the Bachelor of Exercise and Health Science at the Australian Catholic University.

Diploma of Sport & Recreation Management

Has been written and developed specifically for elite athletes drawing on their knowledge and experience of playing and competing. The course assists athletes move into the corporate area of their sporting organisation working in marketing, sponsorship or player management.
