Certificate IV in Fitness – SIS40215

Specifically designed for elite athletes the Certificate IV is the next step in building confidence in education for athletes. The course builds on the knowledge learnt in the Certificate III in Fitness by exploring advanced program writing, strength and conditioning and building a fitness business. The course a great stepping stone for further education and like the Certificate III the course has the flexibility to adapt to changing schedules

Course outcome after completion
  1. Personal trainer delivering to individuals or groups who may include older adult or children.
  2. A study pathway to the Diploma of Fitness (following one year’s post graduation work experience) or Diploma of Sport and Recreation Management.
  3. Preparation for further study and vocational skills with development of study and research skills, language and literacy skills, communication skills, time management, planning and managing projects, interpersonal skills and the development of techniques.
