Chris Lawrence

Chris Lawrence is a professional rugby league player for the Wests Tigers, having played in excess of 160 games over his ten seasons in the National Rugby League. Chris’ representative honours include the Prime Minister’s XIII in 2007, 2008, 2012, City Origin in 2010 and 2012 and six test matches for Australia in 2010 and 2011.

Chris is the founder of One Wellbeing, previously known as LPW Heath and Fitness. Chris has a passion for business, health and fitness, and is committed to imparting the knowledge and experience gained as a profession athlete throughout all ONE Wellbeing programs.


Leon Keir

Leon Keir has ten years experience in the fitness industry in both personal and group training. Through his passion for health and fitness Leon in conjunction with Chris has been instrumental in the concept of bringing the principles of elite sporting teams into a corporate environment.

Over the last six years he has developed One Wellbeing’s Athlete Education Program and has assisted elite athletes in the transition from professional sport to full time employment.

Susie Burrell

Susie Burrell one of Australia’s leading dietitians has accumulated a wealth of knowledge working with a broad range of clients particularly the Children’s Hospital and various elite sporting teams and is currently the consultant dietitian at Sydney University Sport.

Susie, renowned for her practical approach to diet, nutrition and general wellbeing, is the founder of Shape Me, a company providing personalised on line meal plans. Author of a number of published books, her work can be seen regularly in the Sydney Morning Herald, Women’s Weekly, Woman’s Day. Currently the resident dietitian on Channel’s 7’s Sunrise program, Susie can also be heard each week on 2GB‘s Afternoon Program.

Mitch Grant

Mitch Grant was involved in a motorbike accident in 2008 and suffered extensive injuries including his right leg being amputated. He underwent 13 operations in 18 months including having a prosthetic leg fitted. Unable to return to his career as a carpenter, Mitch opened a 24 hours gym in 2011. Later that year he underwent further surgery for Osseointegration, a new style of prosthetic care for above the knee amputees.

Mitch now is part of the Osseointegration Team which involves presenting to amputees, doctors and physiotherapists from a patients perspective. More recently Mitch has started presenting motivational talks in the medical industry, schools and corporate companies to help inspire others. He also works closely on an individual basis with amputees in hospitals and both Australian and British Defence force to assist wounded soldiers with their rehabilitation.
