This accredited discovery course in mental health teaches you how to manage your own stress, work with people with mental health and work effectively with individuals suffering from trauma. Utilising our unique Zoom delivery model, the course is delivered over a 6 week period. Athletes must commit to 4 hours of study per week, comprising 2 hours on Zoom and 2 hours of self-paced learning. As Part of the mental health course athletes will need to work with 3 individuals with mental health issues in ways that support individual empowerment and recovery. We have partnered with The Dunlea Centre, allowing athletes to facilitate these sessions to their students via Zoom.
